An edible, single-use utensil pressed from cassava starch and cacao powder, an elegant fusion of fork, spoon, and skewer that dissolves into two flavorful bites, leaving zero waste.
Developed with local culinary-innovation partner, Cocina Emocional, the project spanned full recipe and process engineering: bespoke cutters, vented pans, and a staged, low-temperature bake that locks the geometry without additives.
Téneo, a 10 cm long by 3.5 cm wide object, entirely fabricated with gluten-free, sun-nourished, locally sourced ingredients presents curves and incisions, that allows the playful exploration of several uses: as a single cracker, inserted on the edge of a bowl, or interlocked as an edible chain.
